Benefits of High Peak Frame Tents
One of the main advantages of a high peak frame tent is its versatility. Since frame tents don’t require center poles, they offer more flexibility in layout and design. This allows you to create a customized event space that meets your specific needs, whether it’s for a dance floor, stage, dining area, or a combination of spaces. You can even connect multiple tents together, like “Legos,” to form a larger tented area.
Another key benefit of frame tents is that they can be installed on a variety of surfaces, including grass, asphalt, and concrete. This makes them ideal for events in unique locations or on challenging surfaces.
Anchoring Options
When staking is possible, we use 40-inch stakes to securely anchor the tents, ensuring they can withstand Florida’s weather conditions.
Staking Requirements
Before installation, you must call 811 to have all utilities marked in the area where the tent will be set up. You will also be asked to sign a staking waiver, releasing Central Florida Event Rentals from any liability related to staking steel stakes (40″ by 1″ in diameter) into underground utilities, lines, pipes, or other obstacles.
Anchoring Without Stakes
If staking is not an option, we will use water barrels to anchor the tent, which incurs an additional cost. A water source will need to be available at the installation site to fill the water barrels, as they do not come pre-filled. The tent site must be approved beforehand to ensure it’s suitable for water barrel anchoring. If there are hills, gravel, or other obstacles between the truck and the tent site, water barrel anchoring may not be feasible.
