Details you share

Our quote form asks for your contact information, event address, dates, selected rentals, and any notes you choose to provide. When online requests are enabled and you submit the form, Central Florida Event Rentals uses these details to prepare your quote and communicate with you about your event.

Rental management

Full rental quote requests are processed through InflatableOffice, our rental management provider. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation or collect a payment.

The short form on our advertising pages asks for a name, phone number, and event date. When enabled, it sends those details and advertising referral information to our LeadConnector workflow so our team can follow up. Design-preview forms do not send a request.

Address suggestions

As you type in the street address field, your search text is sent through our server to Photon, an address search service using OpenStreetMap data. Your contact details and rental selections are not included in that search. You can edit every suggested address.

Information on your device

Your rental list is saved in this browser so you can return to it. Your selected event date and times are also saved in this browser so they stay filled in as you browse or return to the site. The form does not save your name, email, phone number, or event address in browser storage.

After you submit, a secure cookie lets this browser view your quote for up to seven days. It contains a random access token, not your contact information. We keep its hash and quote reference for that period to check access.

A successful short-form request also sets a one-hour cookie that shows its thank-you message. This cookie contains no contact information.

Keeping requests secure

When submissions are enabled, we use request limits and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. Product images may load from our rental provider. These services receive the connection information needed to deliver their content.

Website analytics

When enabled on our live website, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, product views, rental-list changes, contact-button clicks, and successful inquiry submissions. Our custom analytics events do not include the names, phone numbers, email addresses, or event notes you enter in a form. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information about your browser and device.

Campaign labels and advertising click identifiers may be saved for your browsing session and passed along to the quote form so we can understand how visitors found us. This custom website does not load Google Analytics on its design-preview address. InflatableOffice operates its own tracking on the quote and contract pages it hosts.

On our live website we also use the Google Ads tag to measure the results of our Google ads. It is configured to disable ad personalization signals. If you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number that rings (689) 314-7812. Google can record call details such as the time, duration, and caller area code. Our Text buttons continue to text (689) 314-7812.

Our InflatableOffice-hosted quote pages also load Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag. We pass Analytics identifiers to those pages to connect website activity with the quote and booking process.
