CFER offers pickup of eligible items in Mount Dora or Apopka, as selected in your quote. Collection is by appointment. Not every piece of equipment or combination of items should be assumed eligible simply because a pickup choice appears elsewhere on the website.
Send the complete list, including tables, chairs, linens and any accessories, and have the team confirm the collection arrangement. If part of the order needs delivery or professional installation, clarify that before choosing how to handle the rest.
Check folded dimensions, not just the rental name
A table’s advertised tabletop size is not the same as its packed transport dimensions. A round table with folding legs may still have a full-width round top. Do not assume a table folds in half unless the exact model is confirmed to do so.
Ask for the transport dimensions and weight of the selected models, plus how chairs will be grouped. Measure your vehicle’s opening as well as the usable cargo area. Wheel wells, fixed seats and a narrow hatch can reduce space even when the overall vehicle looks large enough.
Give the team the vehicle type and your measurements. A photograph of an empty cargo area may help explain the space, but it is not a capacity guarantee. No universal car, SUV or pickup-truck quantity fits every model and order.
Arrange the vehicle and people before the appointment
Plan who will drive, who will handle the equipment at your event and how the load will be secured. Follow the vehicle’s load limits and the rental team’s handling instructions. Confirm what loading assistance and protective materials are provided rather than assuming them.
Leave space for the complete order and keep the equipment protected during transport. If you cannot confirm an appropriate vehicle, discuss delivery instead of improvising on pickup day. Transport planning should be resolved before it becomes a same-day problem.
