For an outdoor reception or backyard party, share the setup dimensions and ground surface. Allow room beyond dining tables for the buffet, guest movement and any dance floor when choosing a tent.

How do I get a delivery quote for Tavares?
Add the items and quantities you need, choose the event date and enter the actual delivery address. The quote takes your selected delivery method and equipment into account. A city name alone cannot determine the final delivery charge.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Pickup is by appointment only, the day before your event, with return the day after. Choose a pickup method on the quote form. Collection location, times and item eligibility are confirmed for your order.
What should I check with my Tavares venue?
Confirm the delivery entrance, setup and collection windows, surface conditions and any restrictions on outside equipment. Include the venue contact and requirements with your request. We do not assume venue permission or permit approval.
When are my rentals reserved?
A quote request alone does not reserve equipment. Your reservation depends on the required contract and payment and confirmation of the order. Review the final quote and agreement for your event’s terms.
