Add seating away from the tasting lines and identify separate water and refreshment areas. Keep those supporting spaces in the equipment count.
Provide the site map, setup surface and vendor arrival schedule. The event organizer should confirm venue permissions, service arrangements and applicable event requirements separately.
Base rental prices. Delivery, accessories, tax and final pricing are confirmed in your quote.
Use the individual product descriptions to see what each rental includes. Wine, glassware and staffed beverage service are not automatically included with tables or beverage equipment.
List each station’s table and tent needs, the shared guest seating and the event team’s working areas. Include the full schedule if the tasting event spans more than one day.
Delivery options are reviewed for your event address and selected items. We also have pickup locations in Apopka and Mount Dora, by appointment only. Select an option in your quote request; the team will confirm item eligibility, location and timing.
A quote request starts the conversation. Review the final quote, complete the required contract and payment, and receive confirmation for your order. Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.
