Compare color within the same chair type
CFER’s chair catalog includes white plastic folding chairs, black plastic folding chairs and white padded resin chairs. Start by deciding which type you want, then compare colors within that selection. White plastic and white padded resin are different products; choosing “white chairs” alone does not identify the order.
The plastic versus padded resin guide covers the material choice. This page focuses on the visual choice between the two plastic chair colors. For comfort, dimensions and suitability, confirm the specific model rather than assuming color changes those features.
Look at what sits behind the chair backs
Stand where guests will enter or where the main photographs will be taken. Look beyond the tabletop to the wall, hedge, lawn or tent behind the seating. White chairs can make a more visible outline against a dark background; black chairs can create a darker repeated shape against light walls and linens. Neither result is automatically better.
For a backyard party, include the house and landscaping in that view. For a ceremony, consider the view down the rows as well as the front. For a meeting, check how the chair backs look from the entrance. A phone photo of the actual space is more useful than an unrelated styled-event image.
Coordinate chairs with the base linen first
Choose the large surfaces before concentrating on small accents. A white cloth with black chairs produces a different contrast from a dark cloth with white chairs. The napkins and centerpieces can then add color without needing every item to match.
Use the linen color guide to compare the fixed room colors and lighting. View the chair and linen together where possible. Screen brightness and event lighting can change how a combination appears; a catalog image is not a promise of an exact color match.
If you mix colors, give each group a purpose
A mixed order is easier to place when the colors belong to named areas or complete table groups. For example, a host might request 40 white plastic chairs for dining and 12 black plastic chairs for a separate working area. That is a 52-chair order with two clearly labeled destinations, not 52 interchangeable chairs.
Label those areas on the plan and give the same plan to whoever places the furniture. If guests will move chairs during the event, decide whether maintaining the color arrangement matters. Do not count the same chairs in two areas needed at the same time.
Write product names beside the quantities
| Area | Product selection | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Dining | Plastic Folding Chair - White | 40 |
| Separate working area | Plastic Folding Chair - Black | 12 |
| Total | Two distinct selections | 52 |
These quantities explain how to describe an order; they are not a package or a recommended spare allowance. Confirm the available quantity of each model for your date. Do not assume that one color can automatically be substituted for another after booking.
Send the chair choice with your event details
For a party, wedding or meeting in Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Apopka, Leesburg or Clermont, send the date, address, product names and quantities. Include a photo of the space if you want help comparing the look, and identify whether you need delivery or eligible customer pickup.
Browse the chair catalog and pair the selection with your table list. Request a quote to confirm availability and the services included. A clear color decision helps the final order reflect the event you actually intend to set up.
